Outreach Coordinator

Atzmi is a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the emotional wellbeing, self-worth, and body image of adolescent girls through Torah-aligned, evidence-based education for students, parents, and educators. In a culture that increasingly equates value with appearance and achievement, Atzmi provides the language, tools, and supportive community needed to help girls build self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a stable sense of identity. Through workshops, ongoing programs, and research-driven evaluation, Atzmi addresses the rising risks of anxiety, low self-esteem, and eating disorders before they take hold. Our work is essential because prevention is far more effective than intervention: by equipping the adults who guide girls and empowering the girls themselves, Atzmi is helping create healthier families, stronger schools, and communities where every girl can recognize her inherent worth and thrive.

 About the Role

This position is a relationship-driven outreach and sales role focused on connecting schools and organizations with Atzmi’s curriculum and programs. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current partner schools, guiding them from first conversation through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

This role is remote and part-time (20-25 hours/week) and salary will be based on experience in the range of $28-$35/hour

Essential Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Research, prospect, and identify new school and organizational partners

  • Perform outreach via email, phone, and CRM tools, including cold calls

  • Build and manage a strong referral and lead pipeline

  • Determine strategy and approach for proposals and outreach campaigns

Relationship Building & Sales

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools and organizations

  • Facilitate the purchase and adoption of Atzmi programs and curriculum

  • Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for partner schools

  • Build trust and credibility with new leads and existing partners

Onboarding & Account Management

  • Conduct onboarding for new schools and partners

  • Provide frontline support

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication via phone and email

  • Ensure partner satisfaction and identify new opportunities for collaboration

  • Support ongoing program delivery and organizational growth

Team Contribution & Growth

  • Help refine outreach processes and create helpful resources

  • Share best practices and insights to strengthen the team

  • Contribute to scaling Atzmi’s impact and reach

Qualifications

  • MUST be available to work during school hours

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Comfortable with technology and communication via email, messaging, video conferencing, and more as well as CRM systems

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups and projects

  • Confident presentation skills

  • Strong software proficiency

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

  • Willingness to perform outreach and cold calls
